Really good staff provided invaluable local insights.

I have just spent 4 days in double room with a second card, ventilation and troubled heating, and liked it. The location was excellent and perfect, for example, a Grand bazaar was not too far away from the hotel.

It has to offer a savoury and delicious breakfast with tomato and salami, as example. The staff are genuinely helpful, managed the parking nearby...

The room was cozy, but the Wi-Fi was super frustratingly slow.

The breakfast spread was a feast for the senses, with a good range of options that fueled our days of wandering. Plus, the check-in process was easy-kudos to the staff for letting us in early after a long flight!

But let's talk about soundproofing-or rather, the glaring lack thereof. We could hear every late-night hallway party and less-than-subtle conversations from other rooms. And don't get me started on the room card fiasco. It was more temperamental than my cat on a rainy day.

Would book again, the hotel met the demands. Very very attentive and helpful staff at Night Shift, and the ambience is quiet! The suite overlooks street and includes coffee/tea making facilities, a refrigerator and glassware.

Great customer service from Front Desk (not all of them) but specially from ULAS. Also very good service from breakfast buffet from Dilara. Room service personnel also very friendly. I cannot say much about other front desk staff because Ulas was always there for us and we didn't have to deal with nobody else. Ulas arrange a great tour for us and also private shuttle to the airport. He informed us about the area. It is a very good hotel comparing with the others.

Here's the real story

The location was a gem, close to trains and attractions. Most of the staff, like Murat and Serhat, were friendly. Don't miss the cafe in front for good food and hookahs. Just be prepared for the occasional noise from nearby rooms.

The unique feature of this place is the Beautiful Room with plenty of space and came equipped with a safe and hot water with good pressure. The ambiance provided a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring.

The cleaning standards left much to be desired, with reports of cockroaches around dining areas and mold in the shower. The swimming pool comes at a cost of 10 euros per person with no notice of that up front, and the hamam was out of service , quite disappointing. The breakfast menu lacked variety and some items were stale, so dining expectations should be drastically lowered.

The location is excellent, providing easy access to many attractions, and the staff were quite friendly. The noise levels from the lobby and nearby areas detracted from our comfort. Cleanliness could use improvement in some common areas.

The location was perfect, close to all the major sights. The daily cleaning kept the beautiful room fresh, and the spa services were a real treat after a long day. Breakfasts were decent and comparable to what you'd find in most hotels.

The Beautiful Room was spacious and quite comfy. Loved that it had a safe box and hot water with good pressure in the shower. The ambiance felt cozy. The room could use a little more soundproofing-could hear some noise from the outside sometimes. A pleasant stay!

The location is unbeatable, right by the main attractions, and cleaning was great every day. Felt very cozy with the lively neighborhood vibe!

Cozy room, cozy atmosphere, and the hotel featured essential amenities including 24-hour reception and a delicious breakfast that kept us fueled during our four-night stay.

Everything met my expectations.
